Position Summary

EDS is a well-established restoration services company seeking to hire a Lead Restoration Technician. Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Experience in fire/water restoration, mold remediation, odor elimination, and carpet and hard surface cleaning is desired. Medical/ Infection control background is preferred but not required. 

Role & Responsibility
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
  • Responsible for handling multiple projects at once
  • Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
  • Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
  • Perform other duties, as assigned
Candidate Qualifications
  • MINIMUM 3 YEARS of RESTORATION EXPERIENCE
  • Understanding of procedures and guidelines for mold testing and remediation
  • A team player with leadership abilities
  • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
Compensation & Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

 $22.00-27.00 hourly 

Starting pay will be based on relevant experience.

You will perform the necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair. Most projects will be in the Charlotte and/or Raleigh area (depending on the location in which you reside); occasional travel opportunities are available. Starting pay will be based on relevant experience. Both 401k and Benefits are available.

Role & Responsibility
  • Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
  • Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
  • Order and replace broken parts or equipment
  • Maintain a clean and a safe work space
  • Perform other duties, as assigned
Candidate Qualifications
  • Employees are required to work a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Experience in painting and drywall installation/repair.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle physical workload

Role & Responsibility
  • Responsibilities:
    • Perform quality air duct cleaning and related services at commercial locations
    • Inspect the air duct system, identifying opportunities to educate and help the customer on additional services and products
    • Clean, store and maintain all equipment and supplies
    • Ability to work within confined spaces and conditions
    • Prepare all job-related paperwork in a timely manner
    • Provide professional and safe service to all customers
Candidate Qualifications
  • EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
