Environmental Diversified Services (EDS) Welcomes Josh Britt as Business Development Manager – Commercial Real Estate, Triangle Market

Josh joins EDS with a strong background in consultative sales, business development, client relationship management, and strategic account growth. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to exceed performance goals, build trusted client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that help Commercial Real Estate organizations achieve their operational and business objectives.

In his role with EDS, Josh will be responsible for expanding the company’s presence throughout the Triangle region by developing strategic relationships with commercial property managers, asset managers, facility directors, building engineers, real estate owners, developers, and corporate facility leaders. His focus will include generating new business opportunities, strengthening strategic partnerships, and supporting clients with proactive facility solutions and emergency response capabilities.

Most recently, Josh served as an Account Executive, where he managed the entire business development lifecycle—from prospecting and relationship development to solution presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiations. Through strategic outreach and consultative selling, he successfully built relationships with C-suite executives, business owners, and key decision-makers, helping organizations identify operational challenges and implement customized solutions aligned with their business objectives.

Prior to his role as Account Executive, Josh further refined his relationship-driven sales approach as an Associate Healthcare Recruiting Consultant with Jackson + Coker, where he managed complex client engagements, coordinated multiple stakeholder groups, and developed tailored solutions to address critical workforce needs. This experience strengthened his ability to navigate long sales cycles, build trust with executive leadership, and manage high-value client relationships.

What makes Josh particularly well-suited for EDS’s Commercial Real Estate platform is his combination of proven business development experience and firsthand exposure to property operations. Early in his career, he gained valuable experience supporting the management and leasing of more than 65 unique properties while working closely with property owners, tenants, contractors, and service providers. Combined with his experience in technical sales and solution-based client engagement, Josh brings a unique understanding of both the operational challenges facing commercial properties and the consultative approach required to develop long-term client partnerships. This blend of sales expertise, relationship management, and property industry knowledge positions him well to support EDS’s continued growth throughout the Triangle Commercial Real Estate market.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Josh earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Management & Society, graduating with a 3.6 GPA. His educational background, combined with his sales expertise and understanding of property management operations, provides a strong foundation for serving EDS’s commercial real estate clients throughout the Triangle region.
