Environmental Diversified Services (EDS) Welcomes Nicole Stetkiewicz as Business Development Manager – Healthcare Facilities, Triangle Market

Nicole has brought more than eight years of proven business development, marketing, and relationship management experience within the healthcare facilities, commercial services, restoration, and construction industries to EDS. Throughout her career, she has built an exceptional reputation for developing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and creating long-term value with a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges healthcare facilities face.  Nicole is an active business partner and liaison on behalf of her clients, partnering closely with our operations team to deliver emergency response services, infection control, terminal and specialty cleaning, and project support.

In her new role, Nicole will lead EDS’s healthcare market development efforts throughout the Raleigh-Durham Triangle region, leveraging the trust she has built with all the major healthcare institutions throughout the region, focusing on hospitals, medical office buildings (MOBs), ambulatory care centers, specialty healthcare facilities, and healthcare support services. She will be responsible for expanding strategic relationships with facility directors, healthcare engineers, environmental services leaders, infection prevention professionals, and healthcare administrators across the market.

Most recently, Nicole served as Commercial Business Development and Marketing Manager for Carolina Restoration Services, where she led business development initiatives targeting healthcare systems, commercial property managers, and facility management organizations throughout the Raleigh-Durham and Triad markets. Through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship-based selling, she consistently generated new opportunities, increased lead volume, and expanded market presence.

Prior to Carolina Restoration Services, Nicole served as Business Development and Marketing Manager for High Rise Repair, Inc., where she focused on commercial waterproofing, building restoration, and exterior repair services. Her success was driven by cultivating long-term relationships with property managers, facility executives, and commercial stakeholders while implementing effective client engagement strategies.

Nicole is highly active within numerous industry organizations and has established herself as a recognized leader throughout the Triangle business community. She served on the Board of Directors for BOMA Raleigh-Durham as Allied Member-at-Large and has held several committee leadership positions supporting sponsorship development, member engagement, and industry growth from June 2023 through June 2025. Her efforts have helped generate substantial sponsorship revenue for major industry events and significantly expand association participation.

Her industry involvement extends across BOMA, IFMA, IREM, and Active member of the North Carolina Healthcare Engineers Association (NCHEA) for the past six years, providing her with a deep understanding of the challenges facing healthcare facilities and commercial real estate operators throughout the region.

Nicole’s accomplishments have earned her multiple industry awards from three different organizations across the Raleigh-Durham market, including: BOMA Raleigh-Durham, IFMA Greater Triangle Chapter, and IREM Greater Raleigh-Durham Chapter.  She also holds several Industry certifications: CCHM, AMRT, ASD & WRT.
