Michelle brings a strong track record of driving revenue growth, expanding territories, and building high-value relationships across commercial real estate and facilities environments. In her new role, she will lead EDS’s business development efforts throughout the Tampa Bay market, focusing on strategic partnerships with property managers, asset managers, facility leaders, and commercial stakeholders.

Most recently, Michelle served as Customer Relationship Manager for a restoration company where she successfully built and expanded relationships with commercial property management groups and facility executives, securing vendor approvals and generating significant new business opportunities. Notably, she played a key role in securing and managing over $10M+ in revenue in commercial restoration projects through multiple restoration engagements.

Prior to EDS, Michelle served as an Account Executive, where she helped launch and scale operations across Florida, expanding the territory from Orlando to St. Petersburg in under a year. Her career also includes roles where she consistently demonstrated a consultative partnership-based sales approach, strong client retention, and the ability to exceed performance targets across diverse industries.

Michelle is recognized for her consultative selling style, solution-based presentations, and ability to align service offerings with client needs, making her a natural fit for EDS’s mission-critical service environment.
