With over 20 years of executive healthcare leadership experience, Jeremy brings a rare combination of operational excellence, clinical alignment, and strategic growth expertise within complex hospital systems. In his new role, Jeremy will lead EDS’s healthcare market expansion across the Tampa Bay Market, focusing on building strategic partnerships with hospitals, health systems, and specialty care facilities nationwide.

Jeremy most recently served as Director of Operations (Chief Operating Officer) at Morton Plant Hospital, part of BayCare Health System, where he directed daily operations of a 599-bed acute care hospital and played a key leadership role in a $1B net revenue organization. During his tenure, he drove measurable performance improvements including a $16.3M increase in net operating income, reduced patient length of stay, and significant gains in patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.

Throughout his career, Jeremy has led large-scale capital projects exceeding $300M, implemented system-wide operational improvements, and partnered with leading physician groups to drive growth across service lines including stroke care, oncology, and surgical services. He has also played a key role in achieving Top 100 Hospital rankings and top-decile performance metrics in national benchmarks.

Prior to BayCare, Jeremy held executive leadership roles with Wellstar Health System, where he oversaw ambulatory operations, drove double-digit revenue growth, and improved operational performance across multiple outpatient and urgent care facilities. His leadership consistently resulted in increased market share, improved patient access, and enhanced organizational culture.

Jeremy holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from Georgia State University and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). He is actively involved in community and healthcare leadership organizations, including board service roles and national advocacy initiatives.
