Environmental Diversified Services (EDS) Welcomes Katelyn Spicer as Infection Control Program Manager – Corporate Office

Katelyn joins EDS with a strong background in restoration, business development, client relations, and operational coordination. Throughout her career, she has established a reputation for building trusted client partnerships, leading cross-functional teams, developing new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in fast-paced, service-driven environments. Her combination of field knowledge, industry certifications, and operational leadership makes her uniquely qualified to lead EDS’s growing Infection Control Program.

In her new role, Katelyn will lead the continued development and implementation of EDS’s Infection Control Program, supporting healthcare facilities, commercial contractors, senior living communities, and mission-critical environments throughout the Southeast. She will oversee infection control training, ICRA compliance initiatives, containment best practices, quality assurance, operational support, and client education while working closely with operations teams, project managers, and healthcare clients to ensure projects are completed safely and in full compliance with industry standards.

Most recently, Katelyn served as Account Manager for Southern Outdoor Restoration, where she helped launch a new market, established relationships with management companies throughout the Charlotte region, and developed an extensive portfolio of customers. She successfully onboarded 19 new property management companies, while managing quoting, project coordination, client presentations, trade show participation, collections, and ongoing customer relationships while also serving on industry committees.

Prior to Southern Outdoor Restoration, Katelyn served as Business Development Manager for RestorePro Reconstruction, where she managed relationships with more than 300 commercial clients across senior living, multifamily housing, homeowner associations, public education, and commercial facilities.

Her background in commercial property management further strengthens her understanding of facility operations and client expectations. Through several leadership roles throughout her career, Katelyn developed extensive experience working alongside property owners, facility managers, and contractors, while overseeing restoration operations, vendor coordination, budgeting, customer service, and operational performance.

Her combination of restoration expertise, customer engagement, and operational leadership will support EDS’s continued investment in healthcare infection prevention, containment systems, and life safety services.
