Environmental Diversified Services (EDS) Welcomes Tom Iadanza as Senior Operations Manager – Corporate Office

Tom joins EDS with more than three decades of executive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations. Throughout his distinguished career, Tom has built a reputation as a transformational leader who consistently delivers operational improvements, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and team engagement across complex multi-site healthcare environments.

In his new role, Tom will oversee operational performance initiatives across EDS business units, supporting field operations, project execution, service quality, workforce development, safety programs, customer experience initiatives, and continuous process improvement efforts throughout the organization. He will work closely with executive leadership to strengthen operational execution while supporting EDS’s continued growth across healthcare, commercial real estate, multifamily, industrial, and specialty facility service markets.

Most recently, Tom served as Vice President of Healthcare Operations, for Thomas Cuisine, where he was responsible for a substantial segment of the organization’s overall portfolio representing 55 customer locations. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, he led organizational restructuring initiatives, implemented operational excellence frameworks, and supported long term growth strategies.

Tom also spent two decades with Aramark Healthcare, holding executive leadership positions including Vice President of Operations, Director of Business Development, District Manager, and Center of Excellence Start-Up Leader. During this period, he managed healthcare support service operations across 25 hospitals and more than 150 outpatient facilities. His responsibilities included Environmental Services, Plant Operations, Patient Transportation, Food & Nutrition Services, Workplace Safety, Linen & Laundry, Biomedical Technology, Fleet Operations, Parking, Shuttle, and Valet Services.

Additional leadership roles include executive positions with HealthTrust Purchasing Group, Compass Group, ABM Healthcare, Scott & White Healthcare, and Sodexo, and entrepreneurial ventures focused on health & wellness coaching. Throughout his career, Tom is consistently selected to lead major organizational transitions for rapid growth, startup operations, service line transformations, regulatory readiness initiatives, and performance improvement programs.

Tom holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He is actively involved in numerous healthcare and operational leadership organizations, including the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), American Hospital Association (AHA), Association for the Healthcare Environment (AHE), and the Beryl Institute. He also maintains FEMA Incident Command certifications and multiple professional leadership credentials.
